Hello, and welcome to my blog.
My name is Amy Lake, I'm 17 years old and I am currently studying my A-levels (Chemistry, Biology and English Literature). I find my studies highly interesting, yet challenging at times. I believe that it is good to push and challenge yourself if you are truly passionate about something, hence why I want to be a vet. My particular passion lies with large animals, such as cows, horses and sheep. I have a wide experience with these species and they always prove to be interesting and somewhat challenging!
In weeks to come I will write about some of the experiences I have had so far, including sheep worming, milking the local cows and a pregnancy test on a horse. Next week will be my first proper post, and that will be about my weekend at VET-MED link.
